People decide about your company before they ever speak to you.
They check the founder, they ask an AI, they read what someone else wrote. We build the content that makes them trust you, and the systems that make sure AI describes you correctly.

Creative Work builds your story and the content system that distributes it, on the channels where your audience is. Knowledge Systems gets you into the answers AI gives about your market. Personal branding gets you noticed. Structured knowledge gets you recommended. One distribution system, built for both audiences.

Tell us where you stand. We tell you where to start.
Two minutes on the form, then a twenty-minute call. You leave knowing which service to start with and what the first paid step costs. Scope agreed in writing, money back if we miss.
Every piece you publish becomes a thread.
Threads on their own are just posts. Structured, cited and governed, they become the source a machine pulls from when someone asks who to work with in your market. That structure is part of Knowledge Systems, which forms a spider web around your funnel.
02 / Knowledge Systems
The structure underneath.
No clean data, no AI. Creative Work gives the machines something to read. Knowledge Systems makes sure they read it correctly, and that your own AI answers from it without inventing anything. A fixed-scope audit comes first, always, and it tells you which one you have before anyone builds anything.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope pilot. We write down exactly what you get before you sign anything. If we do not deliver those things as described, you get your money back. We can offer that because we control the scope, and because we would rather lose a fee than lose a reference.

Questions we hear first
What is Creative Work?+
Brand as a Service for founders and companies: we build the story, produce the content that carries it, and place it where your target audience is. Onboarding first, then a monthly retainer.
What does this cost?+
Creative Work is an onboarding, then a monthly retainer. Knowledge Systems starts with a fixed-scope audit. Either way you see the scope and the price in a written proposal before you commit to anything.
What if it does not work?+
The first engagement is fixed scope, written down before you sign. If we do not deliver those deliverables as described, you get your money back. That is the entire risk you carry.
You are new. Why take the risk on you?+
Because we price like it. Early engagements are fixed scope, money back if we miss, and we over-deliver on purpose, because your result is what we sell next. You are getting a team that needs the reference more than it needs the fee.
Why a four-person studio and not a bigger agency?+
Because you get the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. In MIT NANDA's 2025 enterprise AI study, projects run with an external specialist partner reached deployment 67% of the time, against 33% for tools built in-house. Small and specialised is the profile that ships.
Do I have to be the face of it?+
For Creative Work, someone does. It can be you, or several people inside the company telling their own stories. What we need is a person willing to hold an opinion in public. If nobody is, Creative Work is the wrong service and we will say so on the call.
How much of my time does this take?+
Onboarding is front-loaded: a workshop plus a few interviews. After that, expect a couple of hours a month for review and approval. Some clients shape every post, others hand it over entirely. We set that level in the proposal so you know before you sign.
How long before anything is visible?+
Content starts going out in the first month of the retainer. For Knowledge Systems, the audit ends with a data map, a roadmap and a risk register inside the fixed-scope phase. The compounding effect takes longer than that, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Can we stop if it is not working?+
The terms for ending it are written into the proposal before you sign, in plain language. We will not put you in a long lock-in to buy ourselves time.
What happens to our data?+
An NDA and a data-access agreement are signed before we touch anything. Everything is built on your own data, cited back to its source, with governance for Swiss nLPD and the EU AI Act monitored after launch.
How do you measure success?+
By outcomes, not vanity metrics: conversations started, investor interest, talent attracted, hours saved, leads generated and opportunities created for you to close.
